Make the most of your stay by using the Health & Fitness Club on the site. The fully equipped gym has qualified instructors to assess your fitness and design a suitable exercise programme to ensure a safe and effective workout.

If exercise is not for you then you can relax in the sauna or top up your tan on the sun bed. Nutritional analysis, beauty treatments, aromatherapy and massage are also available by appointment.
