Croft Farm Windsurfing

Croft Farm lake offers an ideal venue for learners and the more experienced windsurfer with tuition available if required.

Our retail shop supplies a range of boards and rigs as well as wetsuits and a range of accessories.

  
         

Starter course
2 hours:
2 people £90, 3 people £130, 4 people £160
This first session will give a taste of what windsurfing is all about and is the first session of Level 1 but the full course is recommended.

'Start Windsurfing' : the 1st level in windsurfing
4 x 2hr lessons
2 people £240, 3 people £320, 4 people £390
This is the basic "Learn To Windsurf" course so definitely no previous experience required! If you have not windsurfed for a long time then Level 1 is also the course we recommend After a short session on a simulator and some balance exercises the instructor demonstrates how to sail across the lake, turn around and sail back again. All pupils then take to the water to practise with the instructor giving group and individual instruction throughout the lessons. Regular breaks are taken to discuss progress, give advice and cover a few theory topics.

'Intermediate Windsurfing' : Planing & non-planing
4 x 2hr lessons
2 people £240, 3 people £320, 4 people £390
This is the big move into faster more efficient windsurfing using 5 main teaching modules within a formula you will experience a massive improvement in your windsurfing technique.

Junior Surf School ( 8 - 15yrs) Sunday 2 - 4pm (min 3 people)
2 hours - £24
We run lessons for 8 - 15 year olds every Sunday afternoon at 2pm from April until October, and at other times by arrangement for groups. Our instructors encourage playing and learning the skills in a relaxed and safe environment.

Wednesday Club ( 8 - 15yrs) Wednesday 5 - 7pm
2 hours - £12
We are part of a national scheme of junior windsurfing clubs called T15. Great fun for any kid under 15 years of age. Please ask for further details.

Family Saver ( Starter Course )
2 hours - £120
2 Adults + 2 Kids

Private tuition
2 hours - 1 person £55
If you cannot fit in with a standard course but want to learn or improve your windsurfing skills then private tuition is a great alternative. These sessions can often be booked a short notice and at varying times of the day to fit into your requirements.
