This fully-equipped gym, located on-site at Croft Farm, has qualified instructors to assess your fitness and design a suitable exercise programme to ensure you a safe and effective workout. If exercise is not for you then you can relax in the sauna, or top up your tan on the sunbed. Nurtitional analysis, beauty treatments, aromatherapy and massage are also available by appointment. |
